Very warm.
Well made and warm. However the fit is great across the shoulders but very large around the hips, I have taken the side seams in by 8 inches. I have quite small hips so maybe this would fit other people better around their hips.

That the trim is real racoon skin
I was horrified to see 'real fur' on the detachable trim. Some poor animal died as a result of this. I love all animals and it is the thought that killing for the sake of superficial adornment is sickening. I will use the coat without the trim thank you but would not have bought it if I had known beforehand.

Amazing quality and fantastic service
Very good quality! True to size, I bought a size 12 for my mum as Xmas gift, very warm, she loves it.

Customer Service Great, product not!
Coat was about a UK size 8 on top & size 16 on the bottom. But they took it back & refunded me quickly. So not good on the coat but great on customer service!

Gorgeous, warm coat. I absolutely love the fur hood. It is so comfortable and elegant. I get lots of compliments wherever I go.

Pay your own postage to return and it costs £11
I didn't like the coat it was very long and I looked like I was swamped. When I returned it I had to pay. The box I had to return weighed twice as much as the coat.
