National Pilates Certification Exam - Practice Questions

One of the questions on this practice test asked how tendons connected to bone and the answer listed was muscles. Which is anatomically incorrect.Muscles do attach to bone via tendons however, but this was not the question. It does give me concern about the study materials and the test itself too

Did this and the online practice exam. Both were useful in prepping for certification.

You pay allot for 60 questions. That being said , it shows how ridiculous some of the questions in the exam will be. Test us in what we know ! Don’t try to confuse people.
