I started using this very tea when I could not get rid of terrible congestion & Phlegm. A friend of my daughter who is a nurse swore by this tea, so I figured it’s worth trying. Taste was not great but it did calm the tickle in my throat and upper chest.

This tea has worked great for me. I have mild to moderate Asthma. Ever since I’ve been drinking this I’ve been using my inhaler about once or twice a week instead of everyday. I would highly recommend for those who have asthma like me.

The tea is fine it just seems to have to steep for a long time to get the full flavor. It doesn’t just run out like other store bought tea bags.

I didnt like that these dont have a string attached, or doesn't say how long to steep. They don't taste like anything, so I made them with a tea bag and added sugar
