The XXL size covers a large area, and the weighted design helps it stay in place on shoulders and back. I especially love using it for alternating heat and cold therapy it provides great relief after a long day. The auto-off timer is a thoughtful feature, and it’s machine washable too! Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable back pain relief.

Where has this heating pad been all of my life?!? My husband surprised me with this thinking it was something I could use while working at my laptop and while watching TV in the living room. It is perfect for both. The design is brilliant - once you snap the closure at your neck (which feels stable but not at all tight) and tie it around your wait it really stays put! Top/shoulders have weighted beads that assist with keeping it in place and add just the right amount of pressure to ensure the heat really hits those areas - very soothing. This baby heats up quickly and can get pretty dang warm if that’s what you like, but of course the adjustable setting lets you customize for your preference. Finally the fabric is super soft and cozy. This immediately became an indispensable product for me.

I love it, it’s nice and long and while some come to the top of the neck, most do not have heat on the neck. This one does! The only thing I don’t like is one side is white with thinner fabric, while the other side is cozy fleece. I wish both sides were the fleece. The white side is really going to show wear, and it cannot be washed.

This pad is perfect for those suffering with combined pain in the neck, shoulders and back. I'm surprised it took so long for a company to finally manufacture a pad designed to cover all these areas. No other pad even comes close and since I am short, it also reach my hip joints, which was a bonus. The pad is well made and the fabric is superior to other heating pads I have purchased. Like all heating pads these days, it will automatically shut off, but not before delivering heat to all the right places. The shoulder sections are weighted, which is good because when using the snap, the neck circumference is quite small. I am a smaller person, so I can snap it while sitting but absolutely cannot while laying down. (I could, but it feels like I am being choked.) Luckily, the shoulder flaps fold nicely over my shoulders and stay there. Another thing I love about this pad is that since it is so long, I can *almost* wrap it around my entire back and stomach when using it sideways. I highly recommend this heating pad to anyone who needs extended coverage.UPDATE: I managed to kill my heating pad after only a few months and would like to caution others to not make the same mistake I did. The manufacturer says not to fold, roll or crimp the pad in any way. Since I am short and small, it reaches fully from hips to shoulders. It appears that while I was seated in a chair, reading a book, the middle was compressed and it damaged the pad. It no longer works, so be sure to only use it draped or laid flat!

Purchased this for my wife. She loved it when it did work. Unfortunately it stopped working during normal use after a few months. I purchased this in late July of 2024 and by end of Nov 2024 it has stopped working; we got 4 monts out of it. I contacted the manufacturer's support email and they wanted picture proof of the controller not working. I sent them pics and they replied with the exact same email request a 2nd time... lol. At this point, I'm not sure I'm talking to a real person as I'm getting canned responses for their support team. I'll update this review once I hear back and get a resolution.*Updated. The support team responded very quickly and sent a new item out; turns out it wasn't a bot I was speaking with... not sure why they asked the same questions multiple times. But anyway.. I haven't received the new one yet, but I'm hoping it works fine. I upgraded my review to 3 stars just based on their willingness to resolve. However, I don't think the new one will last that long either based on the experience of the 1st one and other customer reviews experiencing the exact same problem. The price is not that expensive, but if you're shopping around, I'd spend a bit more to get a better made product.

This is so comforting. I got it for my lower back but it is so much more! Very comfortable weighted neck and shoulder pad. I sometimes used it in the winter just to ward off a chill. Like being wrapped in a warm blanket with adjustable heat settings.

Works great. Bigger than I expected.
