Wonderful little Tea House!
This book nook kit is fabulous. The wood was nice and solid, and the instructions were the best I have ever seen with kits like this. An entire booklet complete with instructions and photos walked you through every step of the project.I have to warn, a few pieces are tricky. The two floor lanterns were hella hard to assemble, but a good quick-set glue helps. The little drawer at the bottom that holds the battery pack for the lights was also quite challenging. You have to glue two small strips of wood on each side to form the groove that the drawer slips into. It was def beyond my paygrade to get these strips completely straight and functional. I ended up just detaching the front panel from the drawer, and removing it when I wanted to turn the lights on or off. Since the panel has tabs and slots, it's easy enough to pop it on and off. Just skip the glue if you aren't an engineer or architect by trade. The finished product is adorable beyond reason, and makes a fabulous night light in my son's bedroom. Thumbs up for this!

A Nice Build with potential
I love to build book nooks. This one was purchased as a gift for someone. It is a pretty easy build for beginners. It is very plain if you just put it together but it allows the builder to decorate it with endless possibilities. I painted all the pieces before I put it together to give it a more finished look. I like the end results. I would definitely buy this again.

Very cute, but some pieces are warped and inadequately printed/burned
This kit has a lot of potential. The design is very cute, and in theory it should be pretty fast to assemble compared to many other types of miniatures. I am able to look past some of it's flaws, but you should be aware of them: some of the pieces are warped, which means they won't lay flush with other pieces when glued. There are also pretty designs burned into the wood, but some pieces are inadequately burned, so the result is that the design is light and/or uneven. Finally, while most pieces can be popped out of the wood cleanly, some pieces are so small and intricate that a corner here and there can break off. If you don't mind these small annoyances, this is a fun kit.

A fun project that my wife loves
Anyone who is familiar with model building would find this kit pretty easy to put together in a day. I am not that guy, but I still managed it over a weekend. The pieces are laser-etched into plywood sheets, some of them very delicate, and it's a little scary popping them out, but they are sturdier than they seem. The instructions aren't 100% accurate, so pay attention to what you're doing! You will need a good sized bottle of super glue that is easy to work with (not those flat little tubes). I used a 15g bottle of Gorilla super glue and it made the job a lot easier!

Not bad for beginners
I made this for a Christmas gift for my mother in law and she loved it. Took about 4-5 hrs to assemble, used Beacon craft glue. Came with a small stick for sanding but I recommend a small piece of sand paper for the curvy bits. Looks awesome when done, however the bottom drawer was a little tight and that's where the switch lives. If I had to do it again I'd build them more than the recommended 3mm apart. Fun project, finished product looks awesome. Instructions were easy to understand (except the bottom shelf lol)

This was so much fun. Not too difficult. Turned out beautiful! I wish they had more like this.

Good quality wood but has other issues
The kit does not come with glue. Thankfully I had glue left from another kit otherwise I would not have been able to build this without buying some which is an additional cost to consider. The instructions are not very well explained and the numbers are kinda off.The LEDs are a blue white so it’s very bright and harsh. I ended up coloring the LEDs with an orange sharpie to be warmer. The battery pack is under a little flip door on the top of the nook.I do think the quality of the wood is good and there is a little nail file type sandpaper.Ended up nice but I think it could easily be messed up without a perfectionist attitude.Don’t mind the screwdriver in the photos. I was using it to prop up the book while it dried.

fun project with daughters
I made this together with my two daughters, one 6 years and one 16 years old during the Xmas break. It was pretty fun, we enjoyed it. The result is pretty good, especially if the light is turned on. Right now it is on my little daughter's bookshelve.

This is fun
I really like working on this kit, well, I mean, I did - it didn't take long. I kind of wish it took longer, tbh. It's cute, it lights up, the pieces mostly fit together. The instruction booklet is ok if you follow along with the photos instead of trying to make sense of the written instructions. Board A doesn't exist so we used D5 for it and that seems to work ok but because you start with Board A it was a little confusing. This kit does not come with glue though, so you can't get it and get excited until you've made another run to the store.

Amazing...if you customise.

Wiring faulty
Easy enough to put together but I wish they would have checked the wiring package before they shipped it. It’s pretty cheap and the one I got worked for 2 seconds then nothing. And I’ve glued it in place so now I have to take it apart to come up with a fix.

Incomplete kit
Ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. She went to start assembling it today and we discovered that piece A is not in the box, thus rendering the kit useless.
