Simply Amazing!
I have experience with multiple IOT platforms, including YoLink, Aqara, Lutron, VOCOLink, etcโฆ and countless sensors for each, but until now I never had or tested a vibration sensor. My use case is around the need to monitor a pool pump and ensure it comes on-line each day. As the pump is variable speed and internally computer controlled it has to be connected to power all the time so a high-power contactor is not going to work. I thought about installing a CT probe in the power panel to monitor power usage and while that would have worked there are issues with WiFi reaching inside the metal box as well as the lack of software logic to alert proactively when there is no power usage. Anyway, I tried to simplify solving the problem by just installing a vibration sensor on the pool pump, to be able to tell and be notified when the pump comes and goes off. To hedge my bets I ordered both a YoLInk and Aqara Vibration Sensors and attached both to the pump in the same location for testing. The YoLink sensor is about 3 times larger than the Aqara one but has the advantage of using 2 x AAA batteries that are easily replaceable and since they provide more power the YoLink sensor will last longer. The YoLink sensor also has a much more customized device configuration in the YoLink app with great options that allow me to setup an alert if the pump (vibration) does not occur in the AM when the pump starts! Lastly, the YoLink sensor proved to provide 10 levels of vibration sensitivity straight in their App, whereas the Aqara sensor only provides 3 levels and for changing each one you have to also press the button on the sensor. Not very practical on Aqara! Lastly, the YoLink sensor uses LoRa long range technology and has a much better connection all the way to my pool pump. I must say I am thrilled with the performance and features of the YoLink Vibration Sensor and it has solved a very frustrating problem for me which is why I wanted to recommend it.

Fantastic Vibration Sensor & Very Easy to Setup/Install (using on my furnace/HVAC)
I was struggling to come up with a way to automatically turn on/off a sanitizing UVC light I installed on my HVAC ducting. I had installed the "REKO Lighting R2000 Air Purifier Whole House Uv uvc Light" (purchased on Amazon) but the unit itself has no switch. The way the unit comes, once it's plugged in, it's always on, which shortens the life of the bulbs and wastes electricity. The light itself isn't serving any purpose if it's on while the furnace/AC is not running (since no air circulation means no air is being sanitized). I had looked high and low for a smart vibration sensor that works with Alexa but didn't find much. I finally came across this YoLink unit and purchased it right away. I've been super impressed with Yolink's products, and this vibration sensor certainly didn't disappoint. If you already have a YoLink hub, adding this unit takes about a minute, and can then run off the YoLink App or Alexa (including routine trigger). If you don't have their hub, you'll need another 5 minutes or so to set one up. Once I added the unite to the App, I simply set it on top of my furnace, and now when the furnace turns on, an Alexa routine triggers a smart outlet to turn the UVC light on. When the furnace is not running, the routine triggers the outlet/light to turn off. It could hardly work more perfectly. I'm now dreaming up what else I could with these units. I have since bought several other YoLink products and they all work wonderfully, and they have some of the easiest setup I've experienced from any smart products. I called their tech support a few times to run a few different scenarios by them, and I always reached a person within 5 minutes. I hope they keep it up. Yolink products have excellent range and low power consumption due to the type of wireless tech they use (LoRa). Read up on it. YoLink, if you read this, please give your tech support person a raise. I spoke to the same person each time (which is amazing) and he really knew his stuff. Message me if you want to know who it was.

Works well, long range, easy set up
Sensitive, flexible, with easy set up. Good battery life and range. I use it with Home Assistant to detect if my non-smart washer is running (to remind me to move clothes to dryer when its done).

Great product could be greater
First I want to begin saying this product works great at sensing vibration. At max vibration detection (10) it can sense a slight finger tap on the leg of a table the detector is sitting on. And as other mentioned it works well with Alexa. My disappointment was I was going to use IFTTT so I can use it with other apps like Ring or other well known apps supported by IFTTT. Unfortunately, when logging into IFTTT, no app supports the Vibration sensor form Yolink. IFTTT supports other things from YoLink like motion, leak, temperature, and smoke sensors only. Another slight disappointment is disabling the motion device seems to do nothing in alerts I get through Alexa. I am currently trying to figure out how to disable both YoLink App and Alexa's alerts with one button. I am sure with a small updated from YoLink this vibration sensor will be everything I was looking for as it already meets 90% of my needs compared to others.

Amazing to track sump pump usage
First off, I love the YoLink ecosystem...it just works. I added this to my system track how much and when my sump pump runs. Which is does great and I can set alerts if needed. I found you can export the history data, dump it into your AI of choice and create trend lines to see how much it runs over periods of time and eventually I'll include rain data. So if you are a paranoid sump owning tech nerd like me...get this!

Works well
I have several YoLink sensors. They are easy to set up and use with the app. I love that you can adjust the level of sensitivity. I put them on my windows to help detect potential intruders, whether they are trying to open the window or using a window cutter. Highly recommended.

Great useful sensor.
Fies of all, like all Yolink devices, these are extremely easy to set up. Open the Yolink app, select scan from the top menu, scan the QR code on the device. At this point you are basically done. I like to give each device its own name to more easily identify it within the Yolink app and alexa. For example, bwith these sensors, I named them Washer sensor and Dryer sensor. Easy and straight forward of what and where they are. I was looking for something to let me know when my washer and/or dryer ended their cycle. This vibration sensor does the job. I have one on each machine. Yes my washer and dryer plays a little tune when they stop. The issue is, my washer and dryer are in my utility room. Walk out the kitchen door into the garage, then open the utility room door and there they are. There is a solid, insulated cement block wall and two doors between the living area of my house and the utility room. So I do not hear the washer or dryer running, let alone the ten second tune they play when they stop. These sensor solved the problem. Linked to an Alexa routine, when the washer ends its cycle, I hear: "Washer is done", when the dryer is done I here: "Clothes are dry". These are custom saying you can place in an alexa routine. There are setting to adjust the sensitivity, how long to wait to enter no vibration state. If detecting vibration, how often to notify you. I use this sensor to notify me when vibration stops, not starts. That is the other thing, you get to decide how YOU need to use this sensor.

Too sensitive
The sensor is too sensitive, even at lowest setting.

Great vibration sensor
This sensor has many uses - from detecting when the washing machine is done to seeing when the sump pump is running to detecting when a window is opened or broken and many many others. I actually use it in my car to see if the car has been turned on - it's that sensitive (adjustable though). Like all Yolink products, the range is incredible (several blocks away) and the quality is excellent. It uses a standard AAA battery and lasts for months which is a bonus. Many electronics these days use built in lithium batteries that eventually fail, essentially making the device a consumable. I appreciate that Yolink uses standard batteries. You can use a rechargeable NIMH if you'd like. Would absolutely recommend for any of the above uses.

Amazing Products with quick support
Amazing Product! I just jumped into the YoLink ecosystem and am pleasantly surprised. I purchased two vibration sensors for my clothes washer and dryer to notify me when they were done their cycles and they work flawlessly. I reached out to support because I originally didn't know how to set this up so I would get notified when the cycles stopped and they were quick to respond and guided me through how to setup an automation using the app. The app btw has an automation section resembling that of IFTTT and Samsung SmartThings. I also purchased the gate contact sensor, Power Failure Alarm, and hub products which I'm equally happy with. While some of the products advertised on Amazon don't mention a hub is required I found that having it was a must to take advantage of all the features, and the instructions recommend having one as well.

Probably the best vibration sensor
1. Easy to add using the YoLink app. 2. Sensitivity level can be adjusted to avoid false alarms. 3. Can be integrated with Alexa to create routines, and the YoLink alarm can be added to trigger siren. 4. YoLink devices use standard IFTTT protocol, which makes it easy to integrate with other routines. For example, the YoLink alarm can be added as a bulb or switch that can even be triggered by other events, such as motion detected on a camera, in addition to being triggered by these sensors. 5. No subscription required to get notifications or trigger the alarm. 6. Exceptional range, as the use proprietary LoRA communication protocol between sensors and hub.

Very pleased
This is a 18 month usage review. Purchased 2 vibration sensors and a hub for protection on the man doors for shed and garage. I attached them next to the door and have them on the lowest sensitivity setting with I would say around 98% detection rate. The email notifications worked perfect but recently noticed they have SMS notifications available (could have missed it)....tried it for several days and decided to subscribe to get enough monthly allowance for my usage. My doors are reinforced so it will take more than a few kicks to get in.....vibration sensor will give a heads up way before a door open sensor would alert me.
