Worked perfectly for me!
Doing one of their inspections of the contents of my rod case, TSA broke the ceramic out of the largest guide on a brand-new surf rod. It was going to cost about what the rod cost to get it fixed. I found this kit on-line and one of the ceramic inserts fit perfectly. I roughed up the inside of the metal ring, put super glue on it and gently worked the ceramic insert in to the metal ring. I don't think I could get it out now without breaking it out, and it looks just like the rest of the guides. Very happy with this purchase!
