Ok, its a jar of sugar. The main reason to purchase is for your cotton candy maker or "Fairy Floss" This is a fine sugar, and flavored and colored , the fine sugar is necessary for quick melting and spinning to the melt in your mouth item we have loved when we go to the zoo, carnival, fair that we have always loved. There is plenty of sugar to make treats for parties, classrooms or just enjoy at home. Delivery was very quick, and the cost was quite competitive compared to buying at party supply places. Lots of fun, and will definitely purchase again when I need to replentish
