Much better than expected for the price. Once you focus it, you really can see some good detail. Worth the price.

I get pixelated images, and getting the image in focus is very difficult.

Windows 10 64-bit processor with 4gig RAMWorks great and extremely detailed for my purpose (evidence of rare disease on skin)Gave it 4 stars due to challenge of focus and moving wand (in opposite direction) rolling on top of skin and focusing to capture snapshot. I couldn’t figure out how to video.Very pleased with it. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.

Must have for anyone who grows plants & you need to keep close tabs on insect activity that could decimate your plant collections! Use this all the time to diagnose problems & look at anything up close! Love LED light which is built into the unit. Being portable, it can be easily moved into any position you need to get that closer look. Icing on cake is stand if you need it!

The software is on a mini-CD, so with most modern laptops with no optical drives or the ones that does not have a pop-out carriage for loading CD, DVDs, it is not possible to download their software. A link to download the software would have solved that, but these are resellers we are dealing with.Also, the images and videos on similar products (all sharing the same stock photos) shows the smooth zooming in and out of the microscope's functionality, but that is their biggest deceitful marketing ploy. To actually adjust the focal point of the device, you have to manually turn the dial on the microscope housing itself, which means it is impossible to keep the image steady.Getting it to work will require downloading third party software from CNET, and hope that it is legit or does not have malware in it. In the end I was barely able to get it to work, but returning it would have meant $7 worth of return shipping charges on an item that made a lot of promises and barely delivered on any of it.Save your money. Get a real microscope.

It's ok. It took some work and time to install the driver for whatever reason. It should be so much more simple to install. The clarity is ok as well. It's ok for the price and a first one to try so I have some comparison for the next model I try.

I love this Microscope. I am able to connect it to my laptop and look at all kinds of things. I have not been able to get the zoom or snap buttons on the side to work. but I can snap pics and see everything on my laptop.
