**Q: Is the bottom interior of the bowl smooth or ridged?**
A: It is smooth and well worth the money. Use in church for hand washing during communion.

**Q: Is this bowl solid stainless steel? I would like to drill a small hole in the lip to hang it on the wall. I have the 20 quart Winco bowl.**
A: I think so, I bought it for my mother in law last Christmas.   It still looks in petegect condition and she bakes daily.

**Q: This bowl is 18.65" high?**
A: Not at all.  I have a feeling those 18" measurements may refer to the packaging.
The bowl is at another house, so I don't have it at hand to measure, but I'd say maybe it's about 8-9" deep . . .

**Q: what is the depth of the 20qt. bowl?**
A: 7 inches deep
