This was a disappointment. First of all, the Velcro was almost non-existence as it relates to holding power, not to mention, that the actual part that was Velcro was like only less than a inch long compared to what I normally get shipped as part of all my other medical equipment. The headgear was also smaller than the Nuance Pro. I wore it one night and the next night, it would not hold due to no holding power on the Velcro. Don't waste your money.Oh...and it is like package in a very small almost flat envelope that would easily fit into a shirt pocket. A real joke.

I do not have an extraordinarily large head or a mass of silky hair, and yet the Nuance Pro replacements from this company fit like a vise. They would be terrific if they had just a little extra room to be adjusted. Which is exactly what is missing. There is no adjustment room and therefore the last two nights of my life have been a sleepless mess. I would rather pay full price for something and get the quality that I think is going to be there. This was a complete waste of money.

The whole point is to keep the CPAP mask on your head. The brand name (respironics) has a non-slip surface. The fabric used in this product is way too smooth and does not grip the back of the head. This results in the CPAP mask falling off in the night and interrupting therapy. To make this alternative product work, the manufacturer needs to carefully select a material with a non-slip surface rather than what is currently being used to make it.

The product you get is not the item that is listed on the page. And when you contact the seller, you can send it back at YOUR expense. The item is inches shorter than the original. Material is cheap, doesn't stretch, belongs to the head of a newborn. Velcro? Not likely.. get ready to try to super glue or sew the connecting pieces together.This is a far cry from the picture advertised. Save yourself time and energy and just skip the original.

This thing is like your little brother trying to hunt with you. He says he went hunting yesterday day, nut he really just went to the woods and talked non stop. This thing is the same way. Sure it connects to the Nuance Pro Headgear..... But it is miniature in size. I mean for real. Cant fit it on my head when connected to my mask. It is almost like this is a kids size. If you have a small head or you're Beatle Juice then this will be great. If you are normal sized than look else where.
