Mont Marte ACRYLIC BRUSH SET 11PCS

When I washed the brushes, a few strands of hair came off. I expected better quality for the first use.

These brushes are ok for someone just starting to paint but nothing really to write home about. I had to cut off some errant bristles in some cases. Basically they are cheap brushes so don't expect anything else.

These brushes are quite lovely but I do not think they should be advertised for acrylic painting specifically. The brushes have very fine bristles and would be pretty great for water colouring as well. But I still use them for my acrylic painting and I find them pretty good. Like all brushes, even the highest quality and best in the world, these brushes should not be left in water or with paint on them for more than a few minutes. Even the highest quality brushes get ruined that way. I rinse and wipe these immediately after using them and hopefully they should be as good as new for a long time to come.

I’m impressed with these brushes. They’re really nice to use. They don’t fall apart or have loose hairs and they’re easy to clean.

So far so good. I’m an amateur and this is my first set of brushes but I’ve used other people’s brushes before and prefer these. They feel nice, look good, paint well and clean easy. Can’t ask for more especially given the price tag.
