Works, but acid producing
Helps me sleep through the night, but awful flavor. The peppery, lemon flavor is so strong and acidic that I cannot suck on these tablets. I chew them quickly and then follow up with two Tums to counteract the acid. Although the label doesn't say time release, I have slept through the night the ten nights or so that I've taken these. Even with them, I still wake up at least once to use the bathroom. The difference is that I go right back to sleep. Without them, I lay awake for a couple hours in the middle of the night. If they weren't so acidic, I would've given them five stars. As other insomniacs know, it's hard to find anything that actually works. I hope these work for you too, but beware of the acid!!!

Melatonin the correct way
This melotone does not melt however the taste is not bad. It works excellent they don't use fillers and give you a substantial amount of melatonin pills good deal.

Hard-crunching before they dissolve tablets
These are still pretty hard pills to chew up. The company should take a page out of Spring Valley's book when making these.

Works great, but I did not like the texture and flavor.
Effective product, but I don't like the taste and texture. I am a regular user of melatonin and always purchase the quick dissolve. I'm not brand loyal, so I've tried several different brands. While this pill will eventually dissolve, it's not fast. It simply doesn't dissolve the right way. I have to first break it up with my teeth. And because the pill doesn't dissolve quickly, the lemony taste lingers and leaves my tongue feeling like I burned it on hot coffee.Unfortunately I bought a large bottle so I'm really glad it works. It actually works really well. I relax quickly and sleep longer.I was pleased that the company sent me an email asking about my experience. I will send them feedback as well, but it's obvious they are trying to run a good business and provide good products.
