I just got this today and both my cats seem to like it. I have a kitten (3 months) and an adult cat (2 years) both have played with it quite a bit as soon as i got it out. I took one star off cause it is very light and the cats knock it all over the floor, it would be better with some kind of slip resistant bottom. It is small but my adult cat has no problem playing with it, she is about 10 lbs, a very large cat would probably have trouble playing with this. For the price I think it is worth it, give your cats some entertainment.

The spring which holds the mouse came out five minutes after the toy was introduced to my cat. Only a tough glue can keep it in its place. Some holes are small making it difficult for my cat to attack the ball.

Cat hasn't seemed too interested in playing with it herself (yet? hopefully?) but does enjoy watching me roll the ball around for her. The ball has a chime/bell, so if you're sensitive to "noisy" cat toys, I would recommend skipping this one or replacing the ball with a different one. The plastic base seems secure and sturdy, and the spring has a clear rubber piece at the bottom to hold it in place. It doesn't seem like it will pop out on accident.

Within minutes of setting this up, both of my kitts were on it. I was shocked when my son, 11-yr old Seal-point Siamese, took off darting after the springy mouse thing. And then below him I see my daughter, 16-month old Korat, swatting away at the roly ball. They totally love this toy! Great product!!!

My kitten enjoys this toy a lot. I love how it is so interactive; plenty of places for her to swat the ball and the springy mouse is a nice bonus. Seems well made. The only downfall is that the toy easily slides on carpet and sometimes scares her and discourages her from playing with it. That is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars.

My new buddy is very, very active - 0-60 in 2 seconds. But she loves to stop and attack this toy and chase the ball (she has been known to remove the floppy mouse and attack it).

There or many other cat toys that are way more expensive than this one. I ordered this one due to price because I wasn't sure if my cat would even play with it. He actually loves this thing. I would buy it again if anything ever happen to this one.

Not a hit with my boys, and as other reviewers have said, the spring comes apart in 5 minutes. Kinda pricey for something that barely works.
