I love it - No more aches and pains!
I just cannot say enough about how much better we feel all-round from using this thing. (age 64+) I chose this one because this G-17 allows for easy control the Hz and G force settings. Most other whole body vibration machines did not - they were pretty much nothing more than a massager. One tip: the motion is like you're running/jogging, so if you're going to stand on it, use before meals, on an empty stomach. Same for kneeling, but if just placing your hands on the plate for some of the upper body strengthening exercises, you'll be okay.We also purchased the 4-year protection plan. This machine seems so sturdily built, I don't think we'll need to use it but it gives me peace of mind to have the extra insurance and I'm glad Amazon gave us the option to extend the one-year warranty from the manufacturer.

Poor quality and evasive customer service
I hardly know where to start with this company...1. Used Hypervibe platform at my office no more than 2-3 times per week for 3 minutes per session (the default timeout without using phone app).2. After less than 4 years no power to the unit. This unit had less than 50 hours of use on it.3. Contacted Hypervibe and thus began a pattern of telling one thing, then changing it up. Things like we're checking with our engineering group, or we're looking into your issue...etc. Strung me out for months.4. Finally after 6 months of this I was told they made a mistake and my machine wasn't under warranty. I had the written warranty in hand. They lied.There are better alternatives to Hypervibe. Whole Body Vibration is a wonderful therapy and fitness regimen...just avoid Hypervibe product lineup since you'll find many stories on the web about poor customer service.

The service was great
The number of training options that are available at the touch of a button are terrific.You can honestly use it to get back on track.I love the massage option every morning it makes me feel like a "big wheel" to have a massage to start my day.I have had it serviced twice and they shipped the part and the technician came quickly-no muss or fuss-no bad experience at allI have been using the g-17 over 4 years now. Great experience!

Very unreliable
I have had nothing but problems with this machine. Customer service sends you parts and expects you to fix it yourself. One thing after the other keeps going wrong. When I asked them to replace it they said no. They REFUSED to send a technician to look at it. I asked them to send me a used one in the meantime until mine gets fixed and they refused. I ended up buying one 1/2 the price and it’s much more reliable. I’m still stuck with this machine that doesn’t work. BUYER BEWARE!

Well Worth Your Time....HyperVibe All Around!!
New Owner here...and I couldn't be happier! Warning: I am a consumer just like you. I know I will sound like a HyperVibe cheerleader before reviewing, but please know, I hope I don't come across like that...it's just so easy with these folks and the product. It's all up-side and anyone that has experienced the same, you know this to be a genuine and factual statement. My G17 is hands down, one of the wisest purchases I have ever made, and probably the wisest where health and well-being are concerned. Honestly though, it was an easy decision once I spoke with the right people! I did my research, and upon coming across the HyperVibe products, I really didn't have to look any further ( even though I did to be 100% in the beginning stages ). I was gifted with a HyperVibe Support phone call requested from their webpage almost immediately, which was extremely helpful! This is available to everyone btw and well worth it to get the understanding of G-Force, and how polite and genuine everyone associated with this company is! This is where I was able to get my facts straight and then get excited about my health and my future while having "fun" with this machine. I have it in my garage, I turn on... I mean, I turn UP my stereo LOUD and have at it! ; ) Here is the part that I was really impressed with: With that initial phone call, which lasted 35-45 minutes, then the OWNER called me from Australia on a Saturday ( his Sunday ) just because he caught one of my inquiry emails, even though I was already provided with my answers and attention, he still called me to ask if I had any additional concerns, got into the phylosophy ( he is also a designer and engineer ) just because he wanted to! I also had a conversation with a professional trainer with the company named Debby, who is just the absolute best I have ever come across as to support, ongoing support, open-mindedness, very forgiving to us novices lol, so incredibly engaging and charming, and the drive to truly help in the areas I was concerned with and plans for maintaining as to my future health benefits....all of these folks I spoke with in great length and detail....and NOT ONCE, not one time did anyone ask me for the sale! In this fast-paced day and age to pull potentials out of the market and grab their dough...not here! Very impressive as they are here to truly help, guide and educate. I must say that I enjoyed every conversation and every step of the process as you can easily conclude. Even though I see these other products with ridiculously lower pricing, after educating myself, I know these other $400 and $500 machine would turn into a clothes hanger, just like my exercise bike and other products have. I chose VALUE over price and I couldn't be happier...honestly and this all from a consumer just like you! I am in sales...I am a single parent..I am you. I really wanted to comment here to pass on a good thing and I hope you good people do likewise. This is good stuff and how I feel vs. prior HyperVibe is leaps and bounds in just a few weeks! As in this industry, there are enough companies trying to break into it with fluff, smoke and mirrors....they all post this and that and now your head is spinning almost to a point of turning away. I very well might have if I didn't come across HyperVibe on YouTube ( impressive ), then their webpage ( very informative and an A+ rating! ) and you should check them out. Great Machine and Wonderful Customer Service
I purchased my G17 directly from Hypervibe for my home gym. The packaging and delivery was excellent. The machine is super high quality and thank God it's on wheels. I put it together by myself and took about 20 minutes. I looked at a lot of vibration machines and was about to pull the trigger on another when I came across Hypervibe. I thank my lucky stars I saw this machine. The console makes it high tech and there are numerous exercise programs to follow. It also has an app with a vibration community.I can't say enough about Hypervibe's customer service. From the moment I ordered it, they called and emailed to let me know the status, training, etc. After it was delivered, they called to set up phone training and checked in to make sure everything is okay.Machine is well worth the price.
