I shopped around for the right case and came to this case. It fit's my phone like a glove. It has a very small profile and doesn't add a lot of extra bulk. You barely notice the weight difference, probable because the case alone doesn't weight hardly anything.I got the grey transparent case with gray trim. I have the S4 Active Dive-Blue phone, so you can see the blue color through the grey transparent case, doesn't look too bad. I like my phone dive-blue color and didn't want to hide it. The only thing I don't like about this case is that rubber rim that goes around the screen, hides the nice dive-blue color rim. However, it is necessary to protect the phones from accidently dropping the phone and cracking the screen. I think it's a good trade off.The holes in the case are perfect fitted for the mini-USB/charger port, the 35mm headphone jack, the IR blaster, the camera and flash/light, the rear speaker, and the microphone. Rubber buttons cover the side buttons, which is somewhat nice. Before I thought the side buttons for the volume rocker and multi-power button were too sensitive and easy for accidental button pushing. Now they feel like that should for sensitivity wise.I don't like the grey trim, but I think it’s better than the other choices I saw for color wise.Over all I am glad all the positive reviews on this case was spot on and I didn't have to return this case. I love it and give it 5 stars.

Owners of the ATT-exclusive S4 Active know that the phone's niche market makes it difficult to find good, reliable cases that don't add unnecessary bulk. This one strikes an excellent balance between form and function, providing protection from everyday wear and tear in a slim, lightweight package. I have the translucent case and the blue S4 Active, and I have to say it looks nice and I'm very glad to have a case that can still show off the cool color of the phone.I deducted one star because my case sometimes interferes with the volume rocker. Specifically, it sometimes sticks in the down position so that just brushing against the case presses and holds volume down, and pressing volume up results in a glitch-inducing war between the up and down buttons. Pulling the case back away from the rocker and letting it slide back into position usually fixes the problem, but it recurs after a while. Overall, that one issue isn't annoying enough that I'm prepared to sacrifice everything else I like about this case, and I'm still comfortable recommending it on the off chance that a unique micro-deformity is what's causing the volume rocker trouble for me.

I am nut when it comes to buying a case for my smartphones. I have to have very strict guidelines for what I want for my personal use. This review is based on what I look for in a smart phone case.Pros:Hello? Do you know how hard it is to find a case for the S4 Active?? BAM, here's one at least.Very slim body. Does not feel like it's even there.Has plastic/rubber composite.Plastic shell is hard and will withstand a waist height (tested) drop.Rubber accents on the back and around the face side of the case are just enough to maintain grip in hand.Case securely locks the S4 Active.Face side rubber ring covers all corners and has a slight raise. you can place the phone in case face down on a desk and it will not touch the surface.Extra large headphone cutout (we all know how it is not being able to stick your headphone jack through your phone case.External buttons are all covered by rubber casing. They are stiff, but not tight. I have yet to have an accidental button press.Charging port cutout is extra large as well. It has accomadated all of my usb plugs and leaves room so the charger flap has room to open.3 Year manufacturer warranty!?!? Show me one other case that does that!Cons:Not truly a clear case. Has a blurry/fuzzy fade to it. Not much of an issue, "I" know how badass my phone is, I don't need a case to show it.Also a non issue, it is kind of a job to get it out of the case if you ever need to. I wanted to put a Decal on the inside of the case. You have to push from the back where the camera lens/flash is, while pulling the phone out from the front.I would recommend this case to any other S4 Active owner. I have purchased 2 as back ups just in case. Since the release of the phone, I have not needed to use the other two. For the reviewer who said their case was falling apart, I can only imagine this is because you dropped it in a fire. That is about the only thing that could do that.

Good product for my Galaxy S4 Active. Fits like a glove and yet is a hard semi-transparent plastic case with colored polyurethane trim. This is one piece construction and your phone is force fit into it on installation, yet it fits tight once inside. This is not a cheap looking vinyl or TPU case. The side buttons are covered and function precisely and crisply. There is a slight lip to protect the screen. Keep in mind that this is a milky clear case so it takes on the color of your phone. A black phone will look gray with this cover on. A white phone will be white.I had a folio/flip style case before, without a screen protector and abrasive worked its way into the case cover and kept rubbing on the glass until it left its marks. This time I chose to use a screen protector instead and am using this cover, since it is without a folio/flip door. Will update if new problems develop.Still going strong after over a year of use, including dropping the phone off of a table top onto a vinyl floor and off my truck seat onto the driveway. I would buy another case as a spare, but I am afraid this one will outlast the phone and then I will be stuck with a case I can't use.

Had it delivered put phone in it a there was 3mm gap all round the phone so it slipped all over the place and the phone dropped out hitting my laminate flooring, I wouldn't buy this or even recommend anyone to buy it.

Die Poetic Atmosphere Tasche für das Samsung S4 Active ist der perfekte Begleiter für mein "Outdoor-Handy". Die Passform der Tasche ist wirklich sehr genau es passt super rein und alle Knöpfe sind gut zu bedienen. Mein vorheriges Silikoncase lag zwar griffiger in der Hand, aber der von Poetic benutzte Kunststoff ist ein wirklicher Handschmeichler. Einen vielleicht kleinen Negativaspekt gibt es leider doch. Der Hauptgrund für mich die Hülle zu kaufen war das die Hülle klar ist und man so mein blaues Handy sehen kann. Leider ist es eher ein wenig milchig was mir allerdings im Nachhinein echt gut gefällt. Von daher volle fünf Punkte!

Excellent light weight case. Well designed, well shaped and functional. Exactly what I was looking for. A case I would reccomend to anyone who doesn't drop their phone a huge amount.

Passt super. Also bisschen Kraft wird gebraucht das Handy in die Hülle zu bekommen.Macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Thumps up! Die Hülle kaufe ich mir gerne wieder.
