High quality Product. High Quality Customer Service.
Quality kitchen tool. Initially, I had an issue where the cartridge wasn't connecting and piercing through to release the gas into the container. I contacted Eligante through Amazon and they responded right away and resolved the issue by sending another part, which they tested themselves. It now works perfectly. I was looking for a non aluminum whipping tool and this is high quality steel. Customer service was awesome. I highly recommend this product.

No Warranty and Inferior Nozzels
It worked well for a couple of weeks but then the whipped cream nozzle was clearly defective. When I pressed the lever to dispense the “whipped cream” the milk was watery but after a few shakes and several pumps it would work. My husband and I love hot chocoholic in the winter and I make it from scratch several times a week. Previously I had a dispenser from Williams Sonoma for almost 10 years before it broke - can’t complain because I got my monies worth and the milk NEVER came out watery!!!!!!I’m very disappointed with the product and it was frustrating to use....it was a waste of money. I should have returned it immediately.

Product did not last 100 uses & nozzles are non-standard size and not useful to decorate
This is so poorly made did not last 100 uses before threads stripped. The cartridge holder is standard size, but the nozzles are non-standard size and not very useful. If you just want to splooge out whipped cream, it's OK -- BUT if you actually want to decorate, then this is pretty useless. Would not recommend. Would not buy again.

Hard to use!
Extremely hard to turn the handle to pierce the chargers. I have to use a glove and even after that, it was extremely difficult!!

Great materials and good quality
This is a great value-the only completely stainless steel whipping canister at this price. My kids love it and I can make sugar free low carb whipped cream. There is no aluminum like the other canisters I looked at in this price range.

Perfect texture!
I will use this product primarily for whipped cream. It turns out gorgeous - holds its shape but with a soft mouth feel. I like the extra nozzles.
