Kupilka Cutlery Set - Eco Dishware - Light & Durable

Purchased as a non-metallic option for flatware. We like the look and asthmatics, and they seem fairly durable. Still not sure if they would handle steak or ice cream well.

Fork prongs are too thick and dull, so it's hard to stab it into harder fruits (pears, persimmons, etc.) or different textured meat (thick steak) without struggling a bit or having to squeeze down hard and having it spew out fruit juice or mashing it against the plate/bowl.Knife is not versatile. It's a butter knife, so good for spreading PB&J or butter. Do not expect to grill a steak over a campfire and use these utensils to eat it. The knife has no serration, and it will dull very easily. I used it to cut chicken nugget, which turned out okay. But when I tried to cut beef, the edge of the knife started to lose its shape. Spoon is very big, but more useful than the fork and knife. You can't really mess up the functionality of a spoon, though. Overall, VERY disappointed. But the set looks great. And given how we don't eat a lot of food that needs to be cut, this set works for us. But we will need to bring separate steak knives to cut up ingredients or meat.
