A nice informative 'booklet'. Little pricey for a 38-page book. Still covers a nice variety of topics.

Well it’s more of a booklet then a book, it is informative but not nearly enough on the uses , I found more info on you tube in less time than it took to read the introduction. For $8 it’s not terrible.

Helpful information
I like the book about Hydrogen Peroxide because it has helpful information. I didn't know peroxide was good for so many things. I'm always delighted to learn something new.

This is a booklet, not a book.
38 pages, large font. About 1/2 hour to read. Nothing substantive, no studies cited. For myself, it is not worth the price or my time. I'm sorry to say.

Don't Waste Your Money
This is a very small book with very little information. More like a pamphlet!!! Waaaay overpriced. It should cost no more than $2. He needs to go back and do more research and add it to the book and lower the cost. I'm sorry I bought it.

Not much information contained in this Handbook. You will get more pertinent info by joining a Fb group. Don't buy this. Save your money.
