This is the first product of it's type that I have used. That being said, it's the BEST deviated septum relief so far!My left nostril gets less than 1/4 of the air my right one does. With one of these in (only using in left nostril) I can breathe deeply thru both nostrils. Something I haven't been able to do in nearly 20 years. HELL YEAH.I can even leave it in while running and it stays in and allows me to breathe freely.GAME CHANGER!I am going to order a backup because I couldn't imagine what I'd do without it.

I can't really say whether or not these prevent snoring (because I'm asleep while using it, duh!) But, I can say they 100% DO help me breathe better.Felt a little weird the first time I wore it, but it wasn't uncomfortable at all.If you find yourself having to use nasal spray at bedtime, STOP using it and try these. (those sprays are more harmful than helpful *unless it's plain saline spray*)

I've tried the "bandage" type nasal strips, I've even had surgery on my nose, but this cheap little piece of plastic is all you need. It comes in several sizes - i just slid the largest size into my nose, and what more is there to know? It keeps the nostrils open all night, and it's not too big, so I don't even notice it's in my nose. Honestly, this is one of the best deals out there.

These come in several sizes to fit your particular nose size and are quite comfortable to wear. However, while these may work for some people, they did not work for me. My nose closes up much further back than these vents will accommodate.

When I put it on... It actually did not work... Nose became more clogged... Tried to try different sizes... Did not work for me... It might work for you but live and learn

Very uncomfortable over time and does not stop my snoring but opens breathing passage quite well.
