Jacks Socks from Menard's
A few years ago, I found Jack's Socks at Menard's Home Improvement center of all places. Those shock are durable and comfortable. I wear them quite often for use with work boots. The socks really have held up. Menard's discontinued selling the socks. I looked and looked online... I came across these. They are very similar. Very conformable and snug fitting. They do not fall down off the ankle.

Best all around sports sock in U.S. market
When sold in bulk packaging with the Head label in Costco stores, this was the best sock for the money, despite its high cotton content. I am relieved to know that I can still find this sock and purchase it directly from the manufacturer, albeit at a higher price than when it was sold under another companies label in bulk packaging.

Excellent cushioned sock used with orthotics in walking shoes and in steel toed work boots! Made in USA!
Previously bought these as "Head" branded socks at COSTCO. Love the cushion & the durability. Favorite sock for wearing with orthotics in my walking shoes. I have some in daily use for over 2 years. I rotate the oldest ones to "Summer" duty here in Florida when they thin out slightly and become a little less tight elastically. I've yet to ever develop a hole in one. Prior to retirement I wore these every day in my steel toed work boots. Glad to find these on Amazon. I ordered 5 pks. (2 pair each) for what will probably become an annual order.

One size fits all.
Purchased "shoe size 6-12" and that's exactly how they fit, kind of a one size fits all. Not sure what other reviewers thought about the way these socks are sized but I was disappointed.

Way off. Not worth it!
Terrible quality socks for the price. A) Cotton fabric, esp on inside, was that 'scratchy', rough feeling kind. I even washed them twice.B) Before washing- Entirely too small- my husband's foot is even on the smaller end of the size range- 10, reg width. They fit me, with a little room to spare- I'm a woman's size 7 1/2.Not happy with this purchase. They went to Goodwill, although not entirely sure doing that was goodwill on my part!

Fit is fine, but these are NOT the same as Costco ...
Got my six pair and now wearing. Fit is fine , but these are NOT the same as Costco used to carry under Head brand. They look much the same, and were probably made on the same equipment as Head's but are noticeably thinner! Kind of like MinuteMade (a Coca Cola Co.) orange juice, selling 59 oz. in a half-gallon (64oz) container or Sherwin- Williams selling 3 and 7/8ths quarts in a gallon container. Both are properlylabelled with the short fill, but the bean counters have convinced the big shots that the suckers will never notice. Likewise, we who needsuperthick socks will have to look elsewhere.

Nice Socks.
These are exactly like the Head brand socks that Costco used to sell. I love these socks. They're fairly thick for an everyday sock. My only complaint is that they are more than double the price of the Costco socks. But they are the cheapest ones of this style that I can find online, and Costco does not sell the Head brand socks anymore.

Excellent Replacement for Costco Cushioned Sock
I don't know if they are the same sock that Costco used to sell, but I can't tell the difference. Bought several pairs. Highly cushioned and good quality.
