A friend recommended this product, I have been having it for 3 weeks now and I can feel my gut is stronger. It has helped with my constipation. Other members in the family are also having it regularly as it is pretty yummy to have with water and lemon. Definitely buying another pack in 2-3 weeks.

I have been consuming immunity powder since 1 month and I have noticed that my gut health has improved, my energy levels have increased, and have noticed a significant reduction in acidity and bloating. I take it every day in the morning with warm lemon water as suggested on the packet. Sometimes I add honey or pink salt. The taste is delicious with amazing aroma of all the fresh spices. Overall, I would definitely recommend this product due to its numerous health benefits and its refreshing flavors.

Followed instructions on how to make this and it is still gross and you can't return it. Very disappointed.

As someone who uses supplements & vitamins on a daily basis, I’m always curious to try new options and see what benefits these will bring to my overall well-being. It’s the first time I’m seeing the Go-Yogik brand, so curious on the quality of its contents. I’ve always known about these spices and have always used them individually in either supplement form, natural form, or powdered spice form in foods & drinks. I’m also knowledgeable on each of its medicinal qualities and how they’ve been used for centuries in Asian cultures to remedy many ailments. So, when I saw that this product, and how it was labeled as a blend of super spices; I just knew it was worth a try.The immunity booster spice blend is delivered in a pouch that has the ingredients and nutritional contents well defined on the back. The product packaging looks on-point - it’s plain, simple, yet professional looking; it has a good shelf presence. Upon opening the pouch, there was a nice warm and bold aroma of spice that packed a subtle punch, that was a sign of good quality and freshness. I like to smell the spice when the bag opens, my validation is that [no smell = no good / bold smell = good]. This is good! Aside from the smell, upon opening the bag and pouring the contents into a bowl, you see a deep brown colored powder that is another sign of quality.As the product description states this is formulated with a powerful blend of ingredients that are proven to improve immunity and overall well-being. As mentioned, these are all well-known spices, that are used in everyday cooking / remedies in Asian cultures. The health benefits of these spices are known to boost immunity, stimulate metabolism, improve gut, heart, digestion, weight-loss and as an anti-inflammatory. To learn more about this product, the online product description does a great job detailing its ingredients, benefits, directions of use, etc. so I won’t repeat all of that.So far, I’m satisfied with this blend! It’s in a powdered form which is supposed to be mixed in either food or drinks. It’s a little gritty which can be off-putting for some, and It does have a bitter taste which I’m sure you couldn’t consume solo. You can differentiate the spice tastes; however, some are stronger than others. That said, it’s easy to mix into your food or a hot drink (which will give it a bold curry taste). I’ve used this in my morning tea, created a smoothie, and in some food dishes and I’m OK with it. It should be noted that too much of this powder can overpower whatever you’re using it in, so a little goes a long way. Don’t over-do it, but use enough to get the health benefits you’re looking for.Overall, this is a great immunity booster spice blend powdered product.
