I've struggled with post-menopausal problems for over a decade. Constant sweating and waking up at night and unable to get back to sleep. I was always a sticky, soggy mess by morning and would be lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. I kept hoping it would get better on its own, but there's no sign of that.I've tried just about every supplement on the market, from black cohosh to maca root, but nothing helped. I've tried many of the creams on the market but they did nothing.It took me a while to figure out a system & dosage that works. It turns out that sleep is improved primarily by progesterone, while the sweating required estrogens. Following info from reviewers, I use this product under my tongue before bed. When I tried that with the Phyto-B oil I ended up with spotting, so that one I apply on skin twice a day as directed. 4 drops per dose of the Phyto-B and 5 drops of the Progon is the minimum I needed. Now I am enjoying 7-8 hours of sleep every night and there's no more sweating. What a boost not only to my quality of life but also to overall health. To anyone considering using these products, do make sure you understand the potential risks (preferably by discussing with your physician).This ends up being a bit pricey, but so worthwhile. Unfortunately I see that Amazon has completely removed the Phyto-B product from its platform for unclear reasons and without explanation. It is still available on other sites and hope that continues to be the case. Meanwhile, the Progon product is readily available here (so far, knock wood) and I have it on subscribe & save.

So the product does not specify if this is for topical or oral application, however I was told to get this from a health coach and use it sublingual. For me, it caused inflammation and upset stomach and did not sit well with me. If you have a sensitive stomach to start, beware. I’m sure it’s a great product for the right person. And yes the taste is disgusting but doesn’t last.Also, a lot of reviews mention the amount of product. It is not a full vial, but the company is very upfront about that fact and they do it for a purpose (no idea what that purpose is).

Overall I am very satisfied with the Bezwecken ProgonB-L-4X progesterone oil. Actually Esctatic!I'm using it to balance hormones to improve prostate (BPH).For me, within about three days of using the ProgonB, I felt my sphinter had become much stronger.I still had to go!, but I had much more control of my "bladder". I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a year and it’s helped greatly! However, when I switched from buying it directly from my local naturopathic clinic to buying here on Amazon, my progesterone levels tanked and my health issues resurfaced in a matter of 2-3 months. I should have known finding it so much cheaper on Amazon was too good to be true. The health issues are not worth the savings! What an ultimate waste of money and also time and energy. I have been using this product for well over 6 months and this is the product for me ! Having extreme hot flashes for many months at all times of the day and night every few minutes, I was desperate for relief and spent two years trying over the counter remedies with no luck or improvement. After 2 weeks the hot flashes slowed way down and as I tuned in the drops they are nearly 100% hardly noticeable. I occasionally have two change the dosage but this has been a life saver for me.
