These are magical. Whenever I feel even slightly under the weather, I'll take one of these every day (and usually one per day in winter regardless), and I've been able to fight off many colds. If I think I'm getting sick, I'll take 2-3 per day (spaced out), and honestly I've avoided every single workplace plague that's come around so far this year. The powder stuff makes you go more. This doesn't have as much of an effect but I was told by a Dr it is one of the more potent and bioavailable forms of vitamin c
