Herbs and supplements are not easy for me nor my housemate and yet both of us found after trying other forms of ginkgo whether through gel caps or extract that this one is the winner. The combination of coconut oil seems to allow it to digest easily with no unpleasant side effects and the ginkgo itself seems more powerful than other brands. Perhaps this is also a result of combining it with coconut oil. We both felt the effect far more quickly than what I have heard "should" take with ginkgo in general a couple of weeks to really feel. Memory and focus are much better --enough to inspire me to get back to working on finishing writing that book that has sat around waiting for me...If improved memory and circulation is what you are looking for, look no further. This stuff is GREAT!!!

These helped me with alertness and brain fog! I have bad allergies so half the year is a fog for me lol They do help a little especially for work. Not a bad investment, I will be purchasing more!

I've been taking Ginkgo for more than 10 years, to control vertigo; this formula has been most effective. Admittedly, I've only been taking it for about a month, but already I can see a difference/improvement. I WILL definitely be ordering more. In addition, I contacted the seller with some questions. Works!!!! I have short term memory and I was having a hard time to remember what I would read on my Anatomy book. My head is everywhere all the time, I have 10month old baby, 7 year old boy, work full time and go to school. So it’s a crazy life and was not able to recall what I would study for school. After taking this, I felt more focus, retained the information and I got an A on my first Anatomy exam and practicum. Never before have a received an A on am exam for a science class. Works!!!!!!

Works well. I use this for Tardive Dyskenesia, specifically oralfacial. I feel more free to move my face, and my thoughts feel more cleanly uh lit or whatever and like I can connect them better. Ginkgo Biloba definitely increases "downloading" capability, as in I notice I am creating a lot more with this. A blessing of a plant :) I am grateful for it.I used to use Host Defense's "Brain" supplement before. This works the same, I just did not want so many similarly acting plants in one supplement. Just some maiden's hair has the same effect for me.Research Ginkgo Biloba and tardive stuff if you have any, there are some promising studies showing it helps.

I use this to help my terrible memory. It helps. There is so much going on in this world, it can be hard to keep up. If only I had a delete button to clear some stuff out! I have used other Ginko brands, but when the one I used became hard to find, I started reading reviews on others. I tried another brand and it didn't do anything, but this one helps for sure. Like everything, you have to give it a little time.

I've tried a lot of brain supplements, but I always end up going back to Ginkgo. For long terms use it works for me. This is a great product, and I've always believed in benefits of coconut oil. Although there's not a lot of the oil in this. Will this work for everyone? Like any other supplement, it most likely will not. I say give it a try.
