When this product first arrived we thought that it was tiny and it could do the job. But after getting to use it turned out it was perfect. The two rotating plates allow you to cook multiple things at once which was very helpful. But the only down side is that the catch plate on the bottom was too small but you can easily fit a catch tray under it

First unit arrived damaged. One of the gas knobs was sheared off and the machine was dented. Sent it back for a replacement. Second unit had a loose part that required removing the base and motor to reinstall it. It was also missing the gas hose and regulator. Amazon only offered a refund as an option on the replacement unit so I bought a hose and regulator. I went with an 8’ stainless braided hose with adjustable regulator so I can hide the propane tank under the work surface in a convenient space. I went for the adjustable regulator to get more flexibility on how hot to run the kebab machine.We test drove the machine last night with home made Al Pastor and the results were delicious. The machine throws out lots of heat. I was worried that the drip pan would have limited capacity because the hole in the center is a lot lower than the lip of the pan but this was not an issue despite me cooking pork shoulder which is pretty fatty.Looking forward to some tasty shawarmas for my wife’s birthday party this weekend.I knocked off one star for the bad packaging which allowed damage in transit and another star for leaving the gas hose and regulator out of the box on the second unit.

Great product for my small business. Was easy to set up & use. Would love to know if there is anywhere i can purchase more meat suspension pole for this machine?
