I purchased this tea based on recommendation of an esthetician.My experience: My health did not allow me to have this tea everyday, so I wanted to return it. However, few days later I got stomach cramps and decided to try the tea again. One cup of this tea balanced my gut and the cramps were gone. I’m keeping this tea and will order more. Regardless of the stomach issue it balances your gut.Directions: boil water, wait 3 min before putting the tea in. Make it light as the Herbs will make you light headed if you make the tea very strong. One bag is good for three cups of tea. Do not drink this tea past 6pm - you will have difficulty falling a sleep.Note: This is not to be used everyday, all year round. If you do drink this tea everyday, after 2 month take a break for 2-3 month. Occasional consumption let’s you drink this tea all year.
