So my first test initial review:The hopper and base feel pretty sturdy. The top is cheap and will not last long. You will need to clean this machine thoroughly before and after each use. Before you even make a big batch of anything this machine needs to be thoroughly cleaned. They only state to use water to clean the white oil off that was applied before they packed and shipped the product but water will not get the job done. This machine has a oily black residue on it that could ruin your finished product and cost you a lot of money. The machine has some small hard to reach spots where your product will pass through that needs to be thoroughly cleaned before you use it. So make sure you have some pipe cleaners and Q-tips which are not provided. I did an initial test with a small amount of a sample bottle of leave-In I had and it flows through well but it had that residue in my leave-In that came from the machine. That is why I used a sample first because that can cost a small business owner a lot of money. They don't state what this oil is, if it is food safe or not. So you have no idea if it can cause an allergic reaction if it comes into contact with skin. Also it could change the integrity of your products and you will not know it until a customer complains. So it better to be safe than sorry. If you don't have plans on cleaning this thing thoroughly after each use I would not get it. This machine seems like it can be used for different cosmetics but I would proceed with caution on that. If you have different cosmetics you was thinking of using this on it may be a challenge because you would have to clean it after each use and if you decide to do oils you would have to let this machine dry thoroughly or it could contaminate your oils with water. Unless you want to spend extra money and buy an extra fill machine and use it specifically for oils. Even after each use after cleaning you should take off the hopper and the front valve to allow air to flow through because it could become a breeding ground for bacteria and mold and you could potentially contaminate all your products. Also immediately after use this machine should be cleaned and not allowed to sit to clean for later because of all the hard to reach areas that you can't see with the human eye. Do not allowed product to sit and harden inside any of the tube areas. They also recommend to keep it oiled if not in use for long periods of time I would use a Castor butter or Castor oil to keep it lubed up seems more safer especially if your using this machine for cosmetics. Can't speak on using it for food because it has some complicated areas to clean and I would not use this for any food products. I also left pictures of the black specs in the water and a video trying to explain what I mean about the hard to clean areas that would need to dry out after each cleaning.Will update later after doing a big batch and see how everything comes out before I update my review and possibly add more stars.

THE GOOD:-Decent sized hopper-Easy to fill narrow neck vessels without spilling-Relatively easy to disassemble and clean - plenty of videos on youtube to help you-Pretty consistent dispensingTHE BAD-Takes a bit of muscle to pull handle to fill. After a round of only 60 bottles, my shoulder is on fire. And while the description say you can fill 20-30 bottles per minute, this would be if you were a much stronger person. The average human (that's me and I am no weakling) will average maybe 8-10 IF fatigue wasn't an issue-Waste. There is a LOT of waste with this dispenser. About 50-60ml worth. When I saw that no more product was coming out, I looked in the hopper to see that it was empty so I unscrewed the hopper and lifted it off only to have quite a lot of product spill all over the machine and workspace. I'd understand maybe about 10ml of product but not almost 2 oz. While this is not huge deal with inexpensive formulations, it is a major issue for formulations that use expensive actives. That being said, be prepared to calculate a good 2 oz of waste into your batches- Poor machining - while this does not leak, it does have extremely sharp edges on the machine threads where the hopper screws on as well as on the hopper itself. So when you have to clean out the 2 oz of wasted product, it is quite easy to sustain a deep, painful cut....which I have.CONCLUSIONThis machine does NOT speed up production whatsoever. In fact, this slows me down in a big way but does allow me to fill my super small necked opaque bottles without having to backlight them to make sure they are filled as I do when filling my hand. Still though, the shoulder pain I am experiencing is not worth using it again. I also do NOT want to have to calculate 2oz of waste into every batch on my more expensive serums.

Vevor filling machine has a very bad reputation among makers! so every one knows not to buy it. This was really disappointed us! We read all of the details in their captions and never find any name from Vevor! but when I open the box I saw this has a Vevor label on it! so not only you make a fake sale but also you knew you should not mention it! That's ridiculous! I return it to teach you that you have to be transparent with buyers in Amazon!

This contraption works well but cleaning is a bear!

I LOVE the machine! Truly reduced production time for body oils. The issue I have is, the tension spring inside snapped (user error), I need to know the specifications of the spring, so it can be replaced since there was no manual included.
