255 Watt 24 Volt Monocrystalline Photovoltaic Solar Panel (1 Pc)

I now have 4 of these set up to offset cost of power to house and could not be happier. Get a good grid tie inverter and it is easy to do. With 4 of these I easily get 1000w during peak sun. Even in winter I pull over 5 kWh per day.

DOA due to the horrid "packaging" job. Thanks a lot. What do I do now? Open a claim? Call my lawyer?

The panels are quite heavy and big. I didn't realize how big they actually were. They are 24 volts at 255 watts. I tested them both right away, because the panels arrived in large boxes with lots of openings or rips in the boxes and I was amazed that they weren't visually damaged. Since I bought them I have installed them on my roof with a 1000 watt solar grid tie inverter. I wired them up in parallel because the voltage was more like 31 volts and my inverter was only rated for around 56 volts. I originally planned on wiring them in series, but I worried it would be to much voltage for my inverter. I installed these in fall in Wisconsin on a southern facing roof and the highest wattage I've ever noticed was about 300 watts in full sun. I'm guessing they will do better come summer time with better sun and more time in the sun. So far I am happy with them, other than their size.

Not 12v. Its 24v clearly once you get it hooked up. Still haven't actually seen 255w yet.

Arrived safe and sound. Was worried with panels this large that they might get damaged in shipping but so far so good. I have 3 of them now and the output is great even on non sunny days. Highly recommend them and will be buying a bunch more.

Only putting out 50 watts

I could get 204W peak power in October. Want to test it in a summer time. So far I like that panel.

The panels are very easy to install the voltage and amperage is real good.
