the quality of this product looks good but theirs an awful trend there's a trend of deception amongst these companies one of which is" assembled in the United States "and doesn't tell the origin of where it's made ...and most importantly the biggest deception I find is that for instance ,with this company it reads as (500 mg per pill )but then underneath in the small print says it contains 70% a of beta glucans .which would make it actually 375 mg of beta glucans..I wish Amazon would put a stop to this..companies like Solgar and Zazzee choose not to play tricky games...Having said that for the price this is still a good buy...but a "d minus "for honesty in advertising

just received it today 2/1/2024. However, It will says best before 8/2024 and I bought two bottles for a total or 240 capsules. I haven't try it yet. will update this review later once I experience the effect.Update: 02/02/2024:I have taken this product about 45 minutes ago and it started making me not feel well after just 5 minutes later. first, heartburn, stomach upset and nausea and now I feel nauseated and want to.... I take another brand of beta glucan on a regular basis but had haven't felt this way before except in an instance taken an empty stomach but not this case. I hope It won't get worst. I will try to take it out my body now. will keep you updated. feeling dizzy and itchy skin already. maybe something I'm allergic too?
