The product was wrapped securely no tearing or wholes. Honestly thought it was going to be a huge bottle😂.For the consumption part it’s been 3 days and counting since I’ve been talk the supplement and I’m not sure of any changes as yet fingers crossed it helps me to focus and remember stuff

Has no strong taste
I’m embarrassed to say I bought this after watching Clarkson’s Farm re: health benefits of taking lion’s mane mushrooms for things like attentiveness, and though I’m not clear if I’m benefiting or just experiencing a placebo effect, at least the earthy smell of the powder doesn’t translate into any kind of flavor at all in my coffee. It also dissolves beautifully.
