3 important features are missing. Heat retention most of all.
it Doesn’t retain heat and the seeds are to big, I had one that the seeds where smaller it retained its heat and it’s shape so you could accommodate it nicely where you wanted to. It also doesn’t have the strong nice aroma my other one had, and that one was only 15$ I’m only putting 3 stars assuming it is organic stuff and that it’s made out of good quality materials. The dust bag is nice to have and the fabric and construction is also something I like.

Well worth the buy
Like a few other people that reviewed this product i have endometriosis too and have been longing to get one of these for so long. to heat helps tremendously with my symptoms. i try to be an honest reviewer so here it goes. the product its self seems really well made. the thing i liked most was that it came with a warranty for a year. the size of the product (for me) is perfect and covers the width of my body relatively perfectly. The scent of the thyme is so relaxing and not over bearing. I get migraines from overly scented things and this is just a light smell. it also keeps the heat very well, I put mine in the microwave for 1:30 and the heat lasts for about an hr. surprisingly you can also chill this one too. instructions that came with it say to keep in the freezer for about 2 hrs in a resealable bag. so far i have not had any negativity with my purchase. it actually arrived way before it was scheduled to which i was so grateful as i was dealing with my symptoms. colors are true to picture but i should note that its not machine washable but you can spot clean if needed. I would definitely recommend getting this product and plan to buy more lol. i honestly didn't know how much i would love this thing.

Very pleased with heat retention and versalitily
Searching the internet for a quality, worth-the-cost natural heating and cooling pad. Came across this one, and I’m thrilled with it so far.*Menstrual cramps: Women, relieve your suffering with this! It’s like a warm, soothing hug for the ovaries. I typically have moderate to severe cramping during menses and in effort to avoid taking medication, I try natural remedies like warm baths, essential oils, and now this product. I stuck mine in the microwave for 1 min, 30 seconds and was pleasantly surprised with both the steady warmth and the ability to contour it to my body. I started off on my abdomen, then further down, and at one point between my legs almost like a diaper - lol. But hey, it worked and within a few minutes, I felt significant relief.*Headaches: Another use for this pad is for headaches and sinus pressure relief. I popped it into the freezer for about an hour, and the coolness wasn’t too sharp/shocking for my headache induced sinus pressure. Just cool it minimally and rest it across your eyes, nose, and cheeks. It can also be folded for double the weight, which is helpful sometimes.*Arthritis: Ah, the joys of rheumatic issues, am I right? Hot or cold, depending on how you treat your arthritis, this is a game changer. The heat and cold are both concentrated especially if you fold this pad; you can also sort of wrap it around you if you’re focusing on a hip or knee.*Pets: My cats especially seem intrigued by this pad, and after I had used it, I placed it on my coffee table. My cat immediately circled on top of it and took a nap. Not sure that it’s meant for this, but I can see this being useful from a holistic aspect for pet owners that are tending to animals with arthritis, hip issues, or even pets that are constantly shivering. Just be wary of temperatures and don’t go crazy heating it up.Other thoughts... the scent of this is pleasant and not overwhelming. Reminds me of a health food store or the smell of an aromatherapy room in a massage place. The fabric is sturdy and seems well-constructed. I purchased the black and white gradient stripes. Overall, this is absolutely a product that I’m glad I purchased, that I’ll get a ton of use out of, and that I would consider giving to friends and family as gifts — especially someone recovering from illness or injury.

Stop looking and buy this one!
I LOVE this heating pad. I've already looked at every other heating pad sold on Amazon, and I can tell you right now that you can stop and just purchase this one! I've used it multiple times it is exactly as pictured and described. It is well made and stays warm, it's comfortable and form fitting, it doesn't burn in the microwave, and it smells so good! I chose the unscented because I'm sensitive to smells (I think the alternative was lavendar) and though it still has an aroma, it's really soothing. I would definitely buy another in the future either for myself or as a gift. Highly recommend!

Great product!
I like that it does not need electricity or batteries. I bought 2 of these, and use them constantly. To keep the pad clean I toss it inside an old pillow case. My feet are always cold in bed, so I heat it up and toss it under the covers. Used like this, it stays warm most of the night. I found several other uses for the pad. My cat is cold-blooded, so I heat it up for her, and set the pad and her in her favorite chair. I thought she might not like the herbal smell, but it does not bother her. She curls up on it and is very content. Again, I like that I don't have to worry about an electrical fire. Just be sure that if you use it around pets that they will not chew up the pad. I found another use when I was baking bread on a cold day. My bread just wasn't rising well, so I heated up the pad and set the pan on top of the pad. The pad provided just enough gentle heat that my bread was ready on time. I love this product!
