The BEST for Red/Violet Color !
This is the best color depositing shampoo I've ever used. The burgundy color is a perfect match for my hair - not too red, not too purple. This color seems to be out of stock frequently, so if you see it, snatch it up! Use this with your own conditioner, as others have stated, it's not the most moisturizing shampoo. However, it keeps my dark violet/red hair dark and vivid between colors. I hope they will produce in larger quantities to keep it in stock, as I have not seen this product anywhere else.

I received the bottle with the cap covered with masking ...
I received the bottle with the cap covered with masking tape; this was not a professional taping, it was definitely done by a human not a machine. Does this mean the product was tampered with? or broken or spilled? I would appreciate an answer as I will not use the product (and possibly return it) until I hear back as to why it was covered this way.

Love this stuff for my red hair
Love this stuff for my red hair! It keeps it vibrant and I don't have to dye it as much. Only thing is that it dries my hair badly. I use a color safe shampoo first (riveting reds) then this product and then a color safe conditioner (riveting reds). I let them each sit for 5 minutes and it keeps my hair red! Very messy and will stain shower curtain

Wanted to love it...
The color is great, however I cannot use it on it's own as it is far too drying (even with a heavy conditioner) and I have to use a TON to cover my head. I used the Tressa Watercolors and that did not seem to dry my hair nearly as much, but this is a closer match to my shade. I really wanted to love it, but unfortunately I don't. I will use up the bottle, but would not reorder again. Will probably go back to Tressa or DaVines after this.

if you dye your hair any shades of red THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT HOLD YOUR RED/BURGUNDY COLOR..... my hair still looks awesome with this shampoo...my friend got hers done the same day and didn't buy this and all her red faded in two weeks. she had to pay $70 to get it done again.. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS!
