That there is a video is likely and which would be filing on YouTube however I don't know for sure. What I can tell you that may be helpful is there is not just one way of using does elastic band to sport your ankles. As a rule the small elastic end where the loop is goes around your heel and it is how you start to wrap it around your ankle. I did several experiment to see how it can be wrapped around the ankle. I found that there are at least three or four different ways which all do the job. One thing I must consider when I wrap this thing is where the bulky end ends up for comfort. Which can vary according to what shoes I'm wearing.
