I can't wait to make a pizza to see how the crust turns out. It looks like a brand new cast iron pan so I will need to season it and it will still take some time to break in. I have a lot of cast iron and using it is the best way to season. It just takes time.The reason for four stars is the because of the pizza cutter. I was in need of a new one and that helped make the decision to buy. But, there's no shield on the blade. I haven't yet opened it but when I do, I'll have to store it somewhere other than the drawer as I won't want to risk cutting myself. I am, of course, assuming that it is sharp.

Very happy with my new cast iron pizza stone. It's the right size for my life style and I love that it has handles to keep me from touching the food. Thank you, for all the information on how to care for my cast iron properly. Also the pizza cutter is made well, nice to get this along with the pizza pan.

I use on my GMG smoker/grill. Pizzas have turned out great, I season with olive oil, small amount and use trader Joe pizza dough. Twenty minutes 425 perfect

After having two pizza stones break within two months of each other I needed to find a new method of baking my homemade pizzas. This pan is the answer. Very well made & no issues with the pizza sticking to the pan. Hopefully this pan will last a long time--if I end up breaking this pan then I must have X-men mutant powers!

No problems used it on burgers and they tasted very good I like the instructions they give to re-season the cast iron.

This pan is great! It is so versatile! I have actually not yet used it to make a pizza but I have used it for just about everything else. I have a glass top stove and it fits perfectly on the largest burner. I have made burgers,, fajitas, veggies and a ton more on this pan so far. It is great to get a great sear on things because it heats up so hot and evenly and is such a durable surface. Until it gets seasoned more I use quite a bit of non-stick spray or butter and have not had any problems with food sticking to it while I am cooking. I am planning on making a cauliflower pizza crust and baking it in this pan and am really excited to see how it turns out. This is quickly becoming my go to pan to use!

This set is HEAVY duty. Very solid, 2 handled flat pan is perfect for more than just pizza.I use this to bake artisan bread on. I preheat the pan in a 400'F oven and turn my loaf out onto it, spritz it with some water and 34 minutes later I have a crunchy, crispy crusty loaf of bread. The loaf in the pictures is half rye, half white.I did season it in the oven but it was unnecessary.You can bake your scones and rolls, or use it to quickly bake your seafood in the oven (preheat the pan and then put the fish/seafood on).This would make a great family sized fajita platter!
