For whatever reason, Panasonic has as many different charger and battery combinations as it does the Lumix model. I have search for years for the right fit for mine. (Usually unsuccessfully) The combination I got from the MOX Store is perfect with options for using the charger (either UBS through a computer) or plugged into a wall (120) adapter. This is exactly what I need for travelling. It is small and compact enough to fit in a very small space, the batteries charge/recharge very quickly and fit perfectly in my camera. The price was very reasonable. I am very pleased with my purchase.

They said it would work with my Lumix DMC-LX5 but the batteries are slightly too small and they do not make contact with the prongs from my camera. There is 4 prongs on my camera & original battery but with the ones I ordered there is only 2 contact prongs ???Going to return, not happy.

The disappointment begins when camera sellers don't include the dang charger routinely as part of the purchase as they did until quite recently. And then continues when you find it does not plug into the wall but has to use a USB port and charger. Luckily it fits the one I use for my phone. I have half a dozen of these chargers since every camera uses a slightly different battery; this is the only one that doesn't have plug prongs that swivel out and plug into the wall. Just one more inconvenience. It seems to do what it is supposed to do.

I've been using this replacement and it's working fine in my Panasonic camera. It's a far better price than I can find locally.

Initially, the recharger and two batteries worked fine. Took them on two trips (about 4 weeks each, so I probably recharged the batteries 15 times or so). Took them on my latest trip (three weeks) and found the batteries were no longer reliable for recharging. They "charged up" in about 10 minutes and took about a 15% charge. Good maybe for 20 minutes of shooting. I'm going to have to replace them after only three trips. I'll buy better, name brand next time.
