Exact replacement from original that lasted 5 years until the threads stripp

No issues with product. installed it and works fine. I installed a 90 Degree bend on this though so that my water hose wasn't putting so much pressure on the fitting. This is what caused my last failure.

These do wear out and this was the exact replacement part as the one that came on my camper new. It was a pretty easy install and I actually used backers so it will hold the fitting on more securely. I also got a 90 elbow so I don't have to put as much strain on the fitting which will hopefully make it last longer.

Cheap and lasts about 2 years and easy to install

This particular product matched the size needed to replace the fresh water hose inlet valve for my RV trailer. However, it does not contain a backpressure regulator to prevent water from going out of the fill valve when you do not have a hose hooked up and you turn on your water pump to use water in your freshwater tank. If you buy this particular model to replace your fresh water inlet to your RV, make sure to also purchase a backpressue regulator to attach to it. I found a 1/2 inch female inlet to 1/2 inch male outlet brass regulator on Amazon for $10.00. Without the regulator attached, the moment you turn on your water pump to use your fresh water tank, you will have fresh water flowing out of the water inlet. This is the reason I gave this 3 out of 5 stars. The product description led me to believe the regulator was incorporated into the housing of the RV water inlet when in fact it is not.

Needed to replace my black tank flush connection on my Fifth Wheel camper . This is not only a good replacement but much better than the OEM connection that came in the trailer .

Replaced white inlet with this black one to eliminate confusion over which is fresh water inlet and which is black water cleanout.

Looking at the picture, I thought it was the exact OEM replacement for the one on my trailer that started leaking. But, when I received it I realized that the flange was quite a bit smaller. No worries, I was able to screw it into the original flange with black screws and it seems to look and work fine. All of the connections fit perfectly, otherwise.

We purchased this to replace one on our trailer. It arrived before the delivery date, was exactly as described and does what we need it to do.
