I like the fact it's organic and has zinc in it.

I can't prove it is helping one way or another, but the ingredients are proven to have benefits. I take this with Vitamin D and some other things, and I can honestly say I did not get sick even once in 2020.

I've only been taking this product for a week now. I was excited this also contains Zinc and Vitamin C, both great for immune support. The tablet is a bit large, but there is no after taste! I'll try to come back in a couple of weeks with an update on how this is working!
