InnrBridge, Smart Home Hub for Zigbee devices, Voice Control with Amazon Alexa, Hey Google & Siri Shortcuts, WiFi, Zigbee 3.0, BG 220 UK

The INNR bridge is small but dont let that put you off, it works perfectly. I only have 2 bulbs paired with it but so far have had no connection issues as it uses Zigbee technology. I also have some wi-fi bulbs which are a bit hit and miss and drop connection regularly.For the price i would recommend this over the more expensive Hue bridge. The only limitations are it can only support 30 devices and doesn't have the various scenes that the Hue does.

I had my doubts but thought I would try it for myself. The bridge itself works fine to a degree, often lights disconnect and won’t turn on but generally it did work ok ish. The app that accompanies it is terrible. Very difficult to use if you want to set timers or routines and half of the time if you set routines it won’t do what you want turning lights on the wrong colour.Safe to say I’ve bit the bullet and brought an additional hue hub just to run the garden lights

The physical installation and linking to my strip lights couldn't be any easier. It did refuse to connect to my Internet several times on the app despite the hub showing connected. You almost have to ignore the app and proceed anyway. I can control lights from anywhere in the house. The app is limited to one colour though without any ability to change from one shade to another on its own.

I read all the other reviews before I purchased it but I only needed it for one room in my house. It works flawlessly for what I need it for !!

i ordered it all because of this zigbee hub is the only one with usb-c port, other zigbee hub all still use micro usb port that why i want to replace my old one with thishowever when i tried to setup and connect my other zigbee devices at home, i found this hub couldn’t discover them, seems it will only work with innr product, i don’t have any other innr product (e.g bulb or plug) so this hub is no use to me! i suppose this is a zigbee standard hub and work with all zigbee product from different brand like my old zigbee hub? it doesn’t accept return as well

We have innr smart bulbs for outside lights. The Amazon echo plus ZigBee range isnt great so after weeks of trying decided to get a innr ZigBee hub instead. This connects without issue and unlike hive ZigBee hub we also have, the innr doesn't have to be wired to the router and works over wi-fi. It's smaller than I expected, but it's reliable and just works.

Perfect working so far will alot of built-in options.

The listing says it it compatible with ZigBee, it isn’t. It’s only compatible with Innr devices. I tried to return it but the Amazon returns system just sends me in a loop telling me I can’t return it via Amazon as it’s an external seller, then the external return directs me back to the Amazon one. Tried to contact the seller, they said they couldn’t refund it either. Obviously you can’t actually find a way of talking to a real person at Amazon so I’m left out of pocket with a device I can’t use with my existing devices.
