He has had no back pain and can be on his feet 10 times longer than before. The sizes do run small. He normally wears a 10.5 and I got him an 11.5 after reading the reviews posted by everyone else. They fit perfect. These are the only shoes I will buy for him now. Money well spent!!!

I have high expectations for these shoes.
I'm a photographer. When I stand on a concrete floor for several hours I can barely walk the next morning. These shoes are comfortable. After 4 days, I am still having difficulty walking when I wake in the morning. I'm going to Las Vegas for a week so I will give the shoes a major test. My shoe size is 10 1/2D so I ordered an 11 1/2D. The fit is perfect.

My second pair of Vionic shoes. The arch aligns my feet, legs, hips, and spine for pain free walking.

I am between a size 11 and 11.5. I buy 11.5 even it is a somewhat large is better than an 11 which is somewhat small. Other than that it is a perfect walking sneaker.
