Q: is a box spring needed?......and can i put this on a metal slatted bed frame?

I myself have a box spring because I like a high bed. You can use slatted frames with no box spring as long as there are enough slats to support the mattress. I've noticed some bed frames have very little slats making them terrible to use without a box spring. Just make sure your frame has enough slats and you'll be fine.

Q: What does the warranty include? Do we get a copy when the mattress arrives?

We received this mattress and it was unfortunately one of the worst we have had. We tried to return it and they asked us to pay for shipping to return it, to CA for them to inspect it. We did not and went through amazon for a refund
