Great for stress relief I’ve been taking these capsules for a couple of weeks and I already feel more calm and balanced. The quality of Solgar is always excellent, and the capsules are easy to swallow. Definitely helps with relaxation and better sleep.

L. Rhamnosus for anxiety/depression
I take probiotics normally and depending on the strains it helps keep me regular but some brands do nothing for me. Solgar has been my #1 choice for supplements. Even the fact that they use real glass bottles with dark tint shows they care and take pride in the stuff they're selling to you and want it to be preserved well. On top of that, they always charge a fair price. There are some studies you can find on L. Rhamnosus strain that show promise for anxiety and depression. This mix of strains does keep me regular (I tend to go less frequently since quitting nicotine) and after about a month I do think my mood is brighter. Will keep you posted. Regardless it's great for immune system and digestion.

Disappointing Quality...Capsules were covered in powder
I wound up throwing these away. I opened the jar 2 weeks after receiving and all of the capsules were covered with powder. I don't know if it was from the capsules themselves leaking or if it was some other substance from the manufacturer's facility. I was not going to take a chance on ingesting whatever it was and tossed them out.

Scheint tatsächlich drinne zu sein was drauf steht.
Da auf der Verpackung nichts steht gebe ich mal eine Hilfestellung bezüglich der Einnahme. Die Pillen 1-2 Stück werden kurz vor dem Schlafengehen eingenommen, traditionell mit Honig und Milch. Ich nehme aber nur Wasser - meistens. Das Extrakt hilft schneller und besser die REM Schlafphase zu erreichen, die besonders entspannend und regenerativ für den Organismus ist. Dadurch dass man besser schläft und sich besser erholt könnten beispielsweise Hormonungleichgewichte ausgeglichen werden. Ein Versuch an Mäusen zeigte, dass die Einahme über einen Zeitraum von 2 Wochen den T4 Spiegel im Blut deutlich erhöht hätten, was bei einer Schildrüsenunterfunktion hilfreich sein könnte. Nebenwirkung: Sehr lebendiges Träumen.
