Q: Does this need to be mixed with a hardener?

Ryan, yes it does and the bottle comes with more than enough. If you are looking for something that does not need resin, try "Ding All UV Cure"

Q: Can this be used to laminate fiberglass cloth to make speaker pods?

Yes. They also mark a uv-activated resin. You can set up the box in the shade or in the garage, then sit it out in the sun to cure. Sets up in less than 30 minutes on a warm sunny day.

Q: Will this eat the Styrofoam?If so can this be mixed with Q-cell for repairs?

Yes and No. The chemical agents do not eat the foam. Using this product in small quantities or small areas exposed to foam id great. However, if you try to fill in area that is large, or apply it too thick, the resulting exotherm from the chemical reaction between the resin and hardener will melt the foam.

Q: For the instructions, how many drops of catalyst does it say to mix per ounce of resin? The instructions were on the wrapper which I dont have anymore
