Filling and delicious
These are large enough portions to satisfy even me. They taste great and are very healthy, low calorie and plant based. Great for packed lunch on a busy cold day. Great value for money, I highly recommend people try these.

Lacking all round
Flavor was heavy on coconut, fairly similar across all the recipes.Also way too heavy for backpacking and too lacking in calories after a days walking, which is what I brought these for as they were nearly all fluid.Pity as they sounded so promising.

They are basically all the same in taste.
I like the convenience of the product and it works as a hiking ration in a flameless cooker.They are basically all the same in taste, the only seemingly difference is in the way they are seasoned, which is a little disappointing.
