Read this if screws are missing
I ordered one brand new hook and one "used like new" to save money. But I discovered there were no screws for the used item. These are screws that were impossible to find in a hardware store. They have a shoulder in them where the set screw slides in; in addition, the head of the screw needs.to be quite narrow to sink into the part you have to set into the base. I managed successfully to recreate my own screw by finding a narrow headed wood screw and then twisting in a "shoulder" using a plastic spacer I created by slicing a piece off a a drywall anchor. Hope this helps. See pics.

Screws are too long for typical American Hollow-Core Door
The photo almost tells the whole story. The included screws are a bit too long for standard thickness hollow-core doors, which are just under 1 3/8" inches thick. Unfortunately, these screws have special heads and have to be used with the robe hook, as the hex head bolts on the robe hooks have to attach to the specialized screw heads. The finish and construction of this robe hook is top-quality. To use these with my door, I'll have to use the hollow-wall anchors, and cut off the screw heads. The only other complaint I have is that there is only 1 3/8" of space between the hooks, which means that they are almost useless for hanging two hangars. These would be great for mounting on a wall, or better yet, into a stud, rather than the back of a door. In America, these types of robe hooks are most commonly mounted on the back of bathroom and bedroom doors.
