The ingredients are not listed on the label. The contents are like a modified marmalade-it has a mild, sweet/sour orangey taste. Very good in tea or drinks, but you have to add at least two tablespoons in order to taste it. Great jam with toast or crackers. Not bad, but not the best with peanut butter. Have wondered how they can get away with not listing ingredients, so am not going to reorder.

The ingredients are listed but they are in Korean. However, there is an identical American product which I also buy when the price is right (right now its too high). Its made by Balance Grow. It is sometimes available at Costco too. Tastes exactly the same. You can look at their ingredients on their Amazon page.
