I bought this set over a year ago and so have had plenty of time to review them. I wanted a non teflon, non stick set of pans and am very happy with them - they are stylish, good quality and durable. The only caveat is that you should definitely not try to fry steaks in them at high temperatures as it will stain the ceramic coating permanently, something the user guide warns against however.

These are amazing quality, beautiful set, practical, and very easy to clean and keep looking shiny with Bar Keepers Friend. Every time my family visits they comment on how wonderful they are, as we all love to cook! The different sizes in pots is wonderful and the frying pans are super easy to clean and use! Highly recommend this product to anyone who is tired of scrubbing away at their pans every night!

I would have given this pan 5 stars upon its first use, as so many others have done, but after just a few months there are now patches on the surface area that have lost the non-stick ability and always stick—as others have mentioned.The instructions advise to not allow the pan to get too hot or the non-stick coating will be damaged. I've tried to be careful but, honestly, there are times when you need a good hot pan to fry properly so it's very hard to avoid.Can't recommend this pan unless you are really disciplined and are happy to fry slower at relatively cool temperatures.Going forward I'm sticking to stainless steel and iron, and avoiding anything marketed as "non-stick." It's got to be healthier; I mean, whatever chemicals go into making this blue coating are coming into contact with your food, so it just seems like common sense to me to avoid all of that.5-Month Update: After five months a small spot of surface material has chipped or crumbled off. I used only wooden utensils so it's not that. Maybe I let it get too hot. Downgraded to one star. I've ordered a stainless steel pan now and this is going in the bin. No more non-stick for me; I'm going old-school.

i’ve had this pan set for one year and a half and i’m writing this because they’re iconic!!!!! the way stuff washes off them imediately is crazy like i wash them in 0.2 secs, stuff doesn’t stick to the pan and when it does if you scrub it a little it comes of SUPER QUICK (i don’t use oil so pan (not the food tho) gets a little burned on bottom sometimes but it comes off imediately) they’re just the best thing ever, they heat up quickly and the coating is the same as day 1 NO CHIPS or anything (i don’t use steel utensils so no scratching either) just absolutely iconic!! don’t have to worry about toxic stuff cause ceramic coat is non stick and non toxic, greenpan slayed so bad when they made these, 10/10in the pic are my most used pans

Looks like good pan, however, my complaint towards the seller - only 1 pan arrived instead of 2. Arrived in generic box Wrapped in bubble wrap, no official GreenPan packaging box. Had to return.

I've had a number of greenpan skillets, this is the only one that hasn't chipped within a couple of months, I've had this one a while and it has managed to keep it's non-stick coat even, though newer ones I've purchased since look like I've dragged them through gravel.

The surface is so slippery even cooking oil won't stay put. Cleans easily with a soft sponge and warm soapy water. No need to dishwash. Users are advised to use only low to moderate heat which has been okay so far but am not sure what to do when the food calls for a high temperature for a short period of time.

These pictures of two pans show how difficult the frying pans are to clean - this is after cleaning!This is following GreenPan instruction for preparation, minimal and slow heat, oils, storage and cleaning.Even cosseted in the ridiculous way the frying pan edges just blacken and can't be cleaned without making a sodium bicarb mix.Emailed GreenPan with to-ing and fro-ing for three weeks until we decided to return the pans. GreenPan refused to take them back, as the Amazon time limit to return was expired by one day. From May 26 - June 26th.They did offer us a 10% discount on future purchase.I don't think so GreenPan! Not a very positive experience to say the least.
