Sticks Bad
Arrived in two days very quick. Used it right off to make bacon eggs and hashbrowns. Don't know why but things just tasted better. Clean up was so easy. Used again today to make scrambled eggs. Four egg whites, a little butter and heavy cream GREAT SCRAMBLE. Again clean up so easy. Yes, the eggs slipped right out yesterday and today. Worked great for a few uses. Now sticks VERY bad ! Bought three pans had to give them away. Bought Ninja never stick. have had them for months now truly NEVER STICK with Ninja.Michael

This has so far been a great pan. Nothing sticks I have made eggs in it multiple times!! It is a little on the small size I realized how small 9.5 was after I ordered, but it does a great job.**update, after 2 months of almost daily use this pan still looks new!! This thing is fantastic

Works ok
Nice pan but the story about nonstick is a bit of a stretch

Works well.
This nonstick pan worked quite well for over a year under difficult conditions (e.g., using metal spoons and spatulas).

One star cause I couldn't do zero.
I bought one of these copper pans from another seller and it lasted about six months. Rather than order another one, I opted to purchase what looked like the same pan. Big mistake, this one only lasted one or two times and everything started sticking, no matter how much oil or butter is in the pan. I'm going to upgrade to a quality stainless pan.

Cheap and *very* nonstick
I'm a disciple of Kenji at Serious Eats, who says the best nonstick pans are the cheapest. The coatings wear off in the same timeframe as Calphalon, so might as well go with the cheap one. This pan replaced our previous cheap orange one from another mystery generic brand, but is noticeably better already. The coating seems amazing, and the aluminum handle is oven-safe, which was not the case with our old one.

So I used a spatula and then enjoyed my scrambled eggs
It's true! You only get what you pay for. I was looking forward to flipping my over-easy eggs without oil splash. Nuh-uh. They refused to flip because they were stuck to the "non-stick pan". I used no oil although the directions said I "could use a little oil". It's non-stick, right? So I used a spatula and then enjoyed my scrambled eggs. The stuck on particles of egg did wash out easily using a nylon sink brush and Dawn. Later that day, I cooked some baby carrots and used "a little oil". The carrots were fine but I still cannot get the scorched oil residue off the pan. Maybe I did something wrong. I think it was purchasing the Copper-Core Non-Stick Frying Pan.

Wonderful!
I now have 2 of these pans. One in my camper and one in house. They may be the best frying pan I've ever used. Wipe it clean with a paper towel. Non stick works perfectly. Good quality pan. Well made.
