When I initially received the package with the cat tree parts, I went through all the parts to make sure everything was included. To my dismay, the eight pieces identified as P7 in the instruction book were not there. I went on the reviews to see if anyone else had this problem and sure enough it was mentioned by several people. Amazon agreed to send me another box so that I could remove the missing parts and complete the assembly. Upon opening the new box, I realized that the missing eight pieces were actually tucked into the upper cat laying area, but they were inserted in such a way that it look like additional padding. My apologies for not observing this sooner. (See photos below) After assembling the cat tree, I found it to be of high quality materials and relatively easy to assemble with the exception of having to locate the screw hole through multiple parts in order to screw it in. Very frustrating. I solved this by using a sharpened pencil to push through the hole and use that to locate the opening on the receiving end and once located, I held it in place and simply inserted the screw. After assembly, our newly acquired kitten, discovered it, and within minutes had already climbed to the top and was comfortably laying in the padded area on top. A note of caution, you must make sure that the screws are extremely tight when assembling, or it may result in a non-stable structure. This was not a problem for me and it is solid as a rock. We and our kitten are extremely pleased with this purchase.

Absolutely amazing product! Was easy (if a bit of a fiddle) to assemble, but instructions were clear. I was so happy it had arrived that I started assembling it straight away and I've never assembled anything- my sons or hubby do it. If I can do it, anyone can! My son has moved in with his cat and I wanted her to have a place that was all hers. She jumped right into it, despite never having had one before, and is presently figuring out which cubby is her favorite. I 100% recommend this product. It was at a great price too!

It is big enough for 1 cat definitely ideal for smaller cats/ kittens! My 12 pound cat has no issues sleeping and playing at the top which means it’s pretty sturdy. The middle compartment is too small for him so we just store his toys in there. Had it for 2 weeks and he still loves it. Will say, when we took it out if the package it had a strong scent which went away after a few days. Building was super easy and only took me less than an hour.

Pretty awesome cat tree. Easy to put together, clear instructions with cute illustrations. The box even had cutouts so you can turn it into a cat house! It’s plenty tall, but probably better suited to a smaller cat. My boy isn’t heavy, 13lbs, but he’s tall/long and he kind of hangs over the sides and it wobbles a bit when he jumps on. Otherwise it’s great!

All three of my cats says that this Cat tree is a game changer! As I was putting this together they couldn’t wait, one cat was scratching at one of the many scratch posts while another was jumping on each new level as I constructed it. As we speak my calico kitty is asleep on the very top perch which is right by the window allowing her the ability to watch the birds and squirrels in the tree right outside. This tree is well worth the price, came the very next day and included everything you need to put it together. All you need is an allen wrench and your fingers.. Believe me your kitties will be thanking you!

This cat tower came with clear assembly instructions that made it easy as pie to put together. All the pieces screw together - some with their own threaded ends, some fastened with Allen-head bolts. The hardware included is sturdy and the manufacturer is kind enough to include a spare part for each of the required hardware items. Spare puff balls are included, as well, in case the original ones become too worn out. I found it much easier to assemble with an electric screwdriver fitted with an Allen wrench bit rather than the included Allen wrench. However, the Allen wrench comes in very handy as a sounding tool to align the holes in the platforms with the holes in the pillars, especially in places where it was hard to see straight through the hole. I have two adult cats, about nine lbs. each, one over 10 years and the other about 2 years old. The platforms seem a bit too small for them to navigate safely but the younger one does not have any trouble with this. A medium-sized cat can lie comfortably on the top cushioned platform and he often does: it gives him a nice, high perch from which he can survey the room. The "hammock" seems to have more slack in it than necessary but the cat can lie comfortably in it and maneuver around. Given that our younger cat enjoys this tree and the older one ignores it, I think the best course of action is to introduce a cat tower like this to a kitten or young cat which is small enough to hop from platform to platform. Once accustomed to it, the cat will be more likely to use it as it continues to grow. The assembly instructions tell you to let the tree "air out" for two or three days after assembly to get the "manufacturing" smell out of the fabric. Although this scent was undetectable to me, it obviously mattered to my cat who ignored the tree for the first two or three days it was out before he claimed it as his own. Now he loves it! One more piece of advice: recheck the Allen bolts a week or two after assembly. They will need retightening.

Update October 2025: I'm downgrading my rating to 3 stars because the padding on the top level is poorly made. The fabric is very thin and my cats have chewed and clawed through it and are pulling out the stuffing. They're using the tree in a different way now... Since the last two pictures were taken a week ago, the top padding is gone on two sides. It is normal for cats to chew and claw and this tree doesn't stand up to that. ------------ My 10 week old kittens enjoy this tree, as you can see from the pictures. I'll confirm what others have noted - this tree is for small cats. The kittens in the pictures are only 3 pounds. They like to play with each other on the tree or just hang out. I'm hopeful that they continue to enjoy it as they grow larger! Some notable things: • The tree is narrow and the kittens had to learn to navigate going down without falling off because the platform at one level is very small to land on. I monitored their movements and trained them with treats. I took off one star for this which seems a design flaw. • Others have noted that their cats don't use the bottom hammock. Mine don't either at this point, but they do enjoy the other levels and the hiding places. They also enjoy the pompom in the picture. • Assembly was straightforward and all the parts were there. It took about an hour and a half.

De mis 2 gatos uno lo intentó 2 veces y la inestabilidad le hizo desistir, el más joven lo usa pero solo para dormir en la parte superior porque le queda a la altura de la ventana, no le interesaron para nada los cajones ni pelotas ni el rascador, pero confieso que es un gran producto, muy bonito y grande, fácil de armar! Si lo recomiendo

AWorst product ever. It didn’t even last six months and had already fallen apart. After paying so much I would have expected it to last at least couple of years. Price is just crazy for this extremely cheaply build product. Quality off the fabric is also very very cheap. I definitely do NOT recommend this product. Don’t but, it’s just a waste of money.

Me encantó. A mis gatos también pero les costó un poco aceptarlo por el olor a nuevo. Es fácil de armar, solo hay que poner atención a las instrucciones y revisar que todo venga completo. La calidad es muy buena, la tela es suave y armado se siente firme. Trae 2 pompones extra y se me ocurrió engraparlos. Las medidas son exactas a lo que se menciona. La caja de cartón en la que llega traer recortes para armarse como una casita de cartón, está bellísimo ese detalle.

It comes disassembled, but I was able to easily assemble it in less than half an hour. The instructions are clear and super easy to follow. It’s super sturdy and easy to move around if you need to clean behind it/underneath it, and my boy loves it.

O produto é ótimo, porém o espaço é pequeno para um gato jovem/adulto. Não tem tanto espaço aberto para ele brincar e os espaços são estreitos.
