Expired vitamins
I use this for my grey hair and it does help in reducing I switched brands however the fact that the ones i received expired Last year not exceedingly happy about. Some Vitamins have long shelf lives and I am not sure if this is one of them if my greys start to get bad again will return and edit this review.

Verdict still out
The lose powder doesn't upset my stomach as much as the pill form but the verdict is still out as to my general health.

Too Little Bang for your Buck
Seems for what the write-up is about this product, it failed miserably. I notice no benefits. Maybe one needs to take it from here to eternity to see any benefits. Very disappointed.
